1986 : Started operations with the name of M/s. Static Power & Controls for manufacturing of Industrial Battery Chargers, Invertors, DC Motor Controllers.
1995 : Static Power & Controls got converted into a Limited Company Statcon Power Controls with brand name ‘STATCON’ which is derived from the word Static Converter.
1996 : Got approved by various State Electricity Boards and RDSO for Indian Railways.
1997 : Moves to new state-of the-art Manufacturing Plant at A-34, Sector-59, Noida.
1998 : Supplied First Thyristor Controlled IPS System to the Indian Railways.
1998 : Statcon got Approval from RDSO and manufactured Thyristorised Battery Charger.
1998 : Statcon became ISO-9002:1994 Certification.
2001 : Developed & Supplied First SMPS Based IPS System to the Indian Railways.
2002 : Statcon manufactured 48V(with 12.5A Module) SMPS Based Power System as per RDSO specifications.
2003 : Statcon got ISO-9001:2000 Certification.
2003 : Developed & Supplied First Ground Power Unit for Aircraft.
2003 : Developed & supplied 6KW/28V-DC Transportable Rectifier for Army HQ, MGO Branch.
2003 : Developed & Supplied First 28V/1000A DC Regulated Supply to the IAF for SU-30 (Sukhoi) Aircraft.
2005 : Exported GPU to Uganda.
2009 : Designed & Developed First Self Driven GPU in India for AN-32 Aircraft and Supplied to the IAF.
2009 : Developed & Supplied First Automatic Cell Monitoring System, to the Ministry of Defense.
2009 : Statcon got Approval from RDSO and manufactured 48V(with 25A Module) SMPS Based Power System.
2010 : Statcon got ISO-9001:2008 Certification.
2010 : Developed 1MW load bank for Indian Navy.
2011 : Developed 1.5 Mw charger for Indian Navy.
2010 : Designed & Developed 40KW Static Frequency Converter and got approved from DGAQA for Supply to HAL.
2012 : Designed and developed 90 KW SFC for Goa Ship yard.
2015 : Statcon got ISO-9001:2015 Certification.
2017 : Statcon Power controls ltd was demerged as per NCLT order.
2018 : Statcon Power Controls Ltd. Renamed as Statcon Electronics India Limited.
2018 : Statcon Electronics has been rated as a ‘Part-I’ supplier of Indian Railways for the supply of 48V-SMPS Based DC Power Plant equipment for use in Railway’s Telecom installations.
