  1. To attend customer complaints under warranty within 07 days and out of warranty as per SLA done with customers.
  2. To improve customer satisfaction level.
  3. To submit field failure data to design & development department for improving the quality of products.
  4. To improve the quality of servicing by conducting site audits time to time.
