The Anti Discrimination Policy of Statcon Electronics India Limited has been drawn up to provide a healthy work environment to all at worplace free from homework service oppression, favoritism, discrimination, harassment or segregation. It invites the active support of all stakeholders to achieve these objectives.

To ensure proper follow-up & implementation of the policy; an active and effective committee to investigate and take action (if required) of any such act or perceived act of discrimination.
