Anti Discrimination Policy

The Anti Discrimination Policy of Statcon Electronics India Limited has been drawn up to provide a healthy work environment to all at worplace free from oppression, favoritism, discrimination, harassment or segregation. It invites the active support of all stakeholders to achieve these objectives.

OBJECTIVES:

To ensure that every employee conducts himself/herself in accordance with the requirements of all relevant statutory provisions as well as approved code of practices.
To ensure that no person is discriminated on the basic of:

  • Nationality or national origin.
  • Ancestry or race.
  • Ethnic background, origin or culture.
  • Cast, creed, religion, religious belief, religious association of religious activity.
  • Age.
  • Gender, Pregnancy, including the possibility of Pregnancy, circumstances related to pregnancy.
  • Gender-Determined Characteristics.
  • Color or facial appearance.
  • Marital or family status.
  • Political Belief, political association or political activity.
  • Physical disability or related characteristics or circumstances, including reliance on a wheelchair or other remedial appliance or device.

To ensure proper follow-up & implementation of the policy; an active and effective committee to investigate and take action (if required) of any such act or perceived act of discrimination.
